Prices for Fully installed Basic Installations with the following requirements: · Installation of Generator must be within 15 feet of both electric and gas utilities entering the building. · Gas and electric runs shall be run above grade and gas service shall be able to support the size generator being installed. · Level or no more than 10% grade slope for generator location. · Open access at and around main electric panel ( unfinished area ).

The Following could add additional cost to Basic installation prices:
· Extended runs of electric or gas lines to generator ( over 15 feet ). · Inadequate gas supply or meter size for size of generator ( Gas company upgrade ). · Trenching for underground gas or electric to generator. · Concrete pad if desired by customer or required by local ordinance ( standard with liquid cooled installations) · Electric lines, gas lines or transfer switch installation thru or in finished interior areas. · Local permit, permit drawings and associated fees when required |
